or fleur de sel, to taste

Instructions
Peel potatoes.
Chop potatoes into evenly sized pieces, so they cook evenly.
Place potatoes in cold water. Add salt to water. Stir.
Boil until potatoes are tender. 30 minutes? You know they are done when a fork pierces the potato pieces easily.
Place in a large mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients.
Mash or whip. I whip mine in my kitchenaid because I am not super strong.
Taste and add salt, pepper, or other seasonings, if needed. I always have to add some salt.
Mash or whip some more.
Serve.
